By filling out a request to buy or have bought art from me, these are my terms of service. If not followed, then it will be clear all future works, communications, and more will be ceased and action maybe taken depending on the severity of the issue that arises. 

Clarifying, you are buying my TIME and EFFORT to work on an idea/concept and more for you. You are NOT buying the rights to OWN the
artwork and its copyright. If you want the Copyright to OWN the artwork, this must be discussed clearly beforehand.

You cannot claim you made the artwork yourself.


If you make the process at any point stressful, difficult, or problematic I have the right to cease communication and finishing the piece at all. 

You cannot claim I made artwork for you that is offensive, if you've made the offensive alterations during any part of the process even after the finale product handover. 

You cannot resell a commission piece made by me for you, if no communication about reselling said piece occurred during the request form, or during the process. This doesn't apply to Commercial pieces that have obviously been discussed prior in advance.

You cannot take or use my artwork/commission for any form of AI models, no to generative image AI models, no to written AI models, or any form of language based models including but not limited to data collecting models or roleplaying AI models. Regardless of your reason for your action..

If you have an issue with an art piece done by me for you, you cannot claim a refund after the process and transaction is fulfilled. You are required to bring all issues up during the process before the hand over, there is no excuse.

I also have the right to cease all work and progress if I find issues in your behavior or actions towards others, this being any racist remarks, slander, and criminal activities.
